Air bottle pressure test

• Gag the relief valve  
• Close all openings  
• Fit test pressure gauge  
• Remove filling valve and fill F.W completely  
• Air purge and connect hydraulic pump at filling line.  
• Apply pressure 1.5 times of working pressure and maintain at least 30 min  
• Check leaking points.
